Who am I

Hi i’m Chris,

I have been part of the fitness industry since 2012. I understand that everyone’s level of motivation, time availability, and goals are unique when concerning our approach to achieving realistically set target.

Chris Cachia is an empathetic and motivational personal trainer. Chris has a good instinct as to how to devise “circuits” that are challenging but  attainable. Plenty of variation.  Sessions are never repetitive, always interesting. A very good PT.
